The post comes after Haynes revealed that he traveled to Manchester to undergo rhinoplasty, a cosmetic procedure that involves reshaping the nose, in February.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared a photo of the sky and explained to her followers: ‘Heading to MCR ready for my surgery tomorrow with @pallmallcosmetics.
‘This is without a doubt my biggest insecurity and has been for so long. When I had my first phone call with my mom after Love Island, one of my first questions was “what are the comments on my nose?”…
“Living like this is not healthy for me and while it doesn’t stop me from going out and living life, I do believe that once I’m happy with myself on the outside, true happy lillie will finally be able to live freely.”
Haynes revealed that she would be undergoing open rhinoplasty, adding: “It’s been a personal insecurity of mine for a long time and I found myself trying to improve other areas of my face to try and steer clear of ‘problem’ but I’ve finally worked up the courage to keep going.” Go ahead with the surgery.
