A couple are left on the rocks at Love Island in the upcoming Sunday episode after Ron Hall revealed his ‘game plan’ with girlfriend Lana to win the ITV show.

The 25-year-old financial adviser will confront Shaq Muhammad after he asked if Ron was being honest with the 25-year-old makeup artist.
