Love Island SPOILER: Maya Jama wows in a pink minidress as she returns to the villa for the FIRST time since her shock split from Stormzy
Maya Jama will make her first spectacular return to the Love Island villa on Sunday night following her shock split from Stormzy.
The 29-year-old Love Island presenter and the 30-year-old rapper confirmed in a statement earlier this month that their split is “final”, after they split in 2019 and reconnected in August last year.
And after a lovely girls’ holiday in Ibiza, Maya throws herself back into work when she makes a shock entrance into the villa, just one day before the ITV2 final.
Maya showed off her stunning figure in a stylish pink mini dress and sky-high heels as she stepped into the villa.
The islanders are stunned when she enters and says: “Hello darlings,” before making a very dramatic announcement.

Maya will announce the results of last night’s vote. She explains, “Last night, you each chose two couples that you thought were the least compatible.”
We hear the islanders whisper to their partners: ‘This is barbaric’, while another name read out is ‘to be expected’.
Maya tells which couples are vulnerable and therefore at risk: ‘Today the last couple will be evicted from the Villa, ending their Love Island adventure. That decision is not in your hands.
‘Your future on Love Island will be decided by some very famous faces.’
As fear spreads through the Villa, Ciaran says: ‘No, what?’
Led by the series’ first dumped Islander Sam and followed by Patsy, former Islanders Munveer, Samantha, Omar, Harriett, Ronnie, Uma, Wil, Jess, Hugo, Grace and Reuben all gather around the fire with the power in their hands.
Maya informs them, ‘Today you all have a very important decision to make, you must now individually decide which of these four couples you find the least compatible and want to leave the Villa. The couple with the most votes will leave the Villa immediately.’
As drama unfolds around the fire, the dumped islanders are about to make their decisions. Maya says, “Samantha, please stand up.”

Samantha explains her decision: ‘It’s a really hard decision, I haven’t met half of you yet because I’ve only been here for two weeks. I think this person in particular has a plan and has had one since day one.
“I think he has a lot of opinions about other people’s relationships, but when it comes to his own relationship, he kind of bites, right? Personally, I don’t think this person deserves to be in the final, so I’m going to pick…”
ITV viewers will have to wait and see which couple will narrowly miss out on the final as the dumped islanders make their decision tonight.
This comes after MailOnline revealed that ITV2 star Maya and BRIT Award winner Stormzy have split after disagreeing over when they would move in together.
Sources told MailOnline the couple had been arguing about their lifestyle, with Stormzy being more of a homebody.
Meanwhile, Maya is focusing on her career. She is the face of luxury fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana, ambassador for Rimmel London and in demand by streaming giant Netflix.
A source close to the couple revealed: ‘Maya and Stormzy have very different views on their future.
‘Stormzy wanted to settle down, while Maya is enjoying her career. She is ambitious and wants to prioritize achieving everything she can.
“She also loves to travel and party, but at 29 she’s not ready for the next chapter.”
The couple’s statement said: ‘We laughed when we wrote this because we never, ever thought we would be the couple announcing a split.

“But for the sake of clarity and, more importantly, to give us both the space and grace we need to navigate the next part of our lives in peace, we thought it might be best to…
‘We fell madly in love in 2014, broke up in 2019 and then spent five years trying to rebuild our lives.
‘We have decided to try it for the last time in August 2023. We have done everything we can to make it work for the past year. But recently we have decided to stop.
Maya and Stormzy made separate appearances at Wimbledon last month, with the rapper visiting Evian’s Mountain of Youth VIP suite alone on Thursday, while Maya partied into the early hours at the popular Chiltern Firehouse.
They were last seen together, hand in hand, on July 5 at the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Silverstone, where Stormzy made a headline appearance.
The couple also attended Glastonbury festival earlier this year before Maya flew by helicopter to the ITV studios, where she will present Love Island spin-off show Aftersun live on Sunday night.
In recent weeks, Stormzy has opened House Party, a bar he co-founded in Soho, London. The bar has been transformed into a traditional house party venue.
Maya shared video footage of the starry night on June 6 on her Instagram Story, where the couple were joined by celebrities including Louise Redknapp and Julie Adenuga.
Stormzy released his debut EP Dreamers Disease the same year he started dating Maya, with the couple calling 2014 the year they “fell completely in love.”
In their statement, they retold their love story and documented the five years they spent living their own lives.
At that time, Maya was engaged to American basketball player Ben Simmons, but they broke off their engagement after eight months.
Maya and Stormzy first split in 2019 after speculation the rapper had cheated. In the song Lessons, he confessed: ‘I got my shit together and then I thought you’d sort it out.’
