The pair reflected on the results of Wednesday’s public vote, which saw Munveer and Patsy dumped from the villa, with Joey saying: “It’s nice to be saved.”
The next day, Samantha receives a text that says, “Samantha and Joey, get ready for your first date. #RooftopReady #FirstDateVibes’.
While sipping drinks on a rooftop terrace overlooking the picturesque Mallorcan cityscape, Joey tries to impress with his Spanish speaking skills.
The conversation comes to life after Love Island when Joey asks Samantha where the pair would live as he is from Essex and she is from Liverpool.

Samantha replies, “Yes, I would like to live there.”

As they enjoy some alone time away from their fellow islanders, Samantha has one last question for Joey.
She asks, “Do you think that if someone else comes into the villa, you’ll feel a little…?”
Joey responds, “I respect our situation. If you had a better relationship with someone else, I would never get in your way.”

The last episode featured the couple participate Omar, Uma, Sean and Harriett, at the bottom after receiving the fewest votes after the audience was asked to choose who was most compatible.

They were then left at the mercy of the safe singletons, with the boys choosing to evict Patsy while the girls chose Munveer in highly tense scenes.
However, viewers believed that the duo would be brought back along with others who were evicted from the villa as the Casa Amor struck.
