Love Island’s latest union brings tears and temptations in the Sunday night episode of the ITV2 show.
After new girl Rosie decides to pair up with Casey in Friday’s dramatic episode, Claudia wonders what this means for her relationship with him.
In Sunday’s new installment, Claudia cries as she confesses to Olivia, Samie, Lana and Jessie, “I never thought this would happen to me, I never thought I’d ever grow attached to it.”
Despite the other girls reassuring her that the reconciliation does not mean the end of their romance, Claudia is not convinced.
Later that night, the former couple catch up as Casey tells Claudia, “I find her attractive and I think it would be foolish of me not to get to know her a bit more and that’s it.”

Claudia responds: ‘I know, but we were in a good place, we really were and now this cute girl walks in and it’s like…’
Casey replies, “I would never rub anything in your face, I literally just want to get to know her a little more.”
After a challenge of saints vs. sinners throws up more drama, it’s time for Rosie and Casey to catch up and talk about the new bomb coming to the Village.
“So much has happened in the space of one night, you’ve definitely come along and made an impact for sure,” Casey tells him.
Rosie responds: ‘Do you think so?’ Casey adds, “I think so, well to me you’ve got it.”
Casey tells him, ‘You’ve given me a lot to think about.’
Friday night’s episode was filled with drama as the islanders received a shocking text message asking them to gather around the bonfire, where they were later told a reunion would ensue.
And Rosie and Keanan took precedence, as they were allowed to make their decisions before the rest of the girls chose which guy to pair up with.
Rosie chose Casey while Keenan chose Claudia.
Unable to hide her disappointment, she wiped a tear from her eye as she tried to maintain her composure during their reunion.
New girl Rosie had made her interest in Casey very clear earlier in the day, who, much to her partner’s dismay, admitted to being eager to explore the connection.

The reunion came after Claudia had already had an emotional day, in which she told Casey she was closed to meeting anyone else, while he admitted she wasn’t.
Upon the news that she would meet Rosie, who had just entered the villa, Claudia broke down in tears as the girls consoled her.
Rosie arrived at the villa along with the new boy Keanan, who had been on dates with Samie and Jessie upon entering, but also expressed an interest in Claudia.
But the feelings didn’t seem to be reciprocated, with Claudia seeming fixated on Casey while getting excited by her openness to explore.
