Love Island fans warn Samantha to ‘start packing her bags’ after Joey Essex ‘friendzones’ her to go after his ex Grace and declares they are ‘done’

Love Island fans have declared Samantha Kenny’s ‘days in the villa are limited’ after Joey Essex went after his former flame Grace Jackson in Sunday’s episode.

The TOWIE star, 33, and the Manchester model, 25, dated shortly after meeting in Ibiza a year ago.

And her arrival in the villa has put 26-year-old Samantha, who Joey has been in a relationship with since his arrival, in high gear.

The makeup artist looked visibly furious after Joey kissed Grace not once, but twice during the steamy beer pong challenge on Friday’s episode.

In the last episode SAmantha decided to distance herself and went to sleep outside on the sunbeds.

Joey went over to confront her and asked, “Samantha, what are you doing?” We just played a game in the garden, that’s all.’

But a shocked Samantha replied: ‘I just want to back off now because you and her have something good going on.’

An irritated Joey shot back, “You’re telling everyone it doesn’t bother you, but you’re sleeping on the day bed.”

As the conversation continued, Samantha insisted, “I don’t care, I want her and you to get back together.”

But Joey wondered, “Why do you say that, it doesn’t mean I’m going to flare up again.”

But he then went in and spoke to Grace in the bathroom, where he downplayed his relationship with Samantha, saying: ‘Me and Samantha, we get along, that’s it. We get along on a friendly level.’

Viewers took to social media to say that Joey should tell Samantha that he wasn’t interested and that she should leave quickly because he was just biding his time to get rid of her.

They wrote: ‘Joey has finally admitted that he only sees Samantha as a friend…when is he going to say it to her face instead of telling his ex; Joey??? You and Samantha get along amicably???? Does Samantha know that?’

‘Joey privately tells Grace that he and Samantha are getting along as friends and then calls Sam pathetic for feeling the vibe and wanting to separate himself. I know she’s being dramatic, but she’s right on this one; IN A FRIENDSHIP WAY??? Joey, she’s planning your wedding.”

“Joey says he and samantha are getting along amicably, oh samantha darling, your days in the villa are limited; Grace picks Joey for the overnight stay, yes Samantha, you can start packing your bags; “Me and Samantha just get along really well, like a friendship.” JOEY LITERALLY FRIENDLY SAMANTHA’.

“Joey didn’t even stop by to reassure Samantha before he left; he has planned his departure, I fear; Joey waits for a reason to dump Samantha. he’s over this and trying to make her look crazy, i’m not even into it.

Joey was later chosen by Grace for a night away, leaving Samantha visibly devastated as she told the other girls, “I don’t want to fight for anyone.” I’d rather go home with my head held high, I haven’t forced anything.’

While Joey didn’t even try to hide his joy at being chosen by Grace, and didn’t even say goodbye to Samantha before leaving.

He admitted: “There are definitely feelings there. I didn’t expect this, I’m shocked but I was gassed. I can’t do much with Samantha, I can just move forward.’

In a conversation with Grace, he declared that he and Samantha were “done” once and for all and said there was “something missing.”

Joey said: ‘I have a lot of respect for Samantha, I still want to be friends with her. I just feel like things never went right. Something was missing from Samantha. I feel like that’s done. I want to be happy, I don’t want to be involved in agg.’

When Grace asked what he was looking for, he replied, “I’m looking for you. I’m looking for something serious, I only get into things if I know it will work. With you and me it was just the long distance, otherwise it would have gone further.’

He added: ‘We were very close, we had a great time together. I’ll never forget that holiday.’

The pair then exchanged some steamy kisses in the pool, before Joey admitted his ‘dreams came true’ during dinner.
