Love Island fans predict Shaq and Tanya will break up after Casa Amor
Love Island’s Tanya Manhenga was left furious with her partner Shaq Muhammad during Friday night’s episode as tensions cooled down during a fight between the pair.
Airport security officer Shaq, 24, received a reprimand from student and model Tanya, 22, after a disagreement over laundering aired on Thursday.
Shaq angrily confronted 25-year-old Ron Hall about not helping clean up the kitchen, leading financial advisor Ron to confront Shaq about his behavior the next day.
All the guys cook their ladies a three-course meal, and Shaq then directs the guys to do the dishes and tidy up afterward.
However, Ron was nowhere to be seen and instead enjoyed a chat with the girls by the campfire.
Uploaded: Tanya Manhenga, 22, of Love Island, was left furious with her partner Shaq Muhammad, 24, during Friday night’s episode as tensions escalated during a fight between the pair.
The next day, after Ron confronted Shaq, Tanya and Lana Jenkins, 25, also wanted to talk about the night before.
While they were talking about Shaq calling Ron to help wash the dishes, Tanya said, “He was rude, he’s a grown man, he heard you the first time.”
Lana added, “It didn’t sit well with me and I felt like it wasn’t about the kitchen.”
Later, Tanya confessed to the girls that Shaq had been “grossing” her, while opening up about a girls’ day out.
After returning to the villa, Tanya called Shaq for a chat while the islanders enjoyed their evening together at the villa.
Shaq said: ‘I wanted to talk to you about when you and Lana talked to me, with that situation, I’ll be honest, I really didn’t like it. I felt like I was being scolded.
Tanya replied, ‘Baby, no one comes to you like a child, I don’t know why you take it like that.’
Shaq said: “The way it was handled, I don’t like it and I don’t expect you of all people to put me in that situation.”
Not impressed: Airport security officer Shaq received a reprimand from student and model Tanya after a disagreement over laundering aired on Thursday.
Tanya said, “I understand, but for that specific situation, this is how I would have handled it and if I had to go back, I would do it the same way.”
Increasingly frustrated, Shaq protested, “I’m telling you now, never put me in a situation where it’s you and someone else trying to tell me off.” Do not do that.
Interrupting him, Tanya said, ‘See how you say, ‘scold yourself’? She wasn’t scolding you.
“I only told you what it looked like because if I feel like something is wrong, I’m going to tell you and I felt like that was wrong. That’s all.’
Confrontation: Tanya called Shaq over for a chat while the islanders enjoyed their evening together at the villa.
Tayna added: ‘I feel like now I’m seeing the little parts of you that I don’t like. There are certain things that really remind me of my ex.
“That doesn’t feel right to me,” Shaq replied, before asking, “What does that mean? That we could potentially go down that path?
Tanya continued, “And those are the things that ended up getting to me.”
Viewers were quick to take to Twitter to react to the drama they had seen unfold on screen, with some predicting the end of the couple’s union during Casa Amor.
Awkward: Tayna said, ‘I feel like now I’m seeing the little parts of you that I don’t like. There are certain things that really remind me of my ex.
Showdown: Came after Ron took Shaq aside to discuss how he reacted when Ron didn’t do his part with the dishes the night before.
One person wrote: ‘Is it bad that I want Tanya to leave Shaq during home love lmao? He’s freaking out and she doesn’t need that.
Someone else posted: ‘Home could have come at a better time. Shaq and Tanya need a break from each other.
Another person tweeted: ‘Shaq and Tanya need to break up and find new people at Casa Amor.
While another Love Island fan shared: ‘Shaq, the tone you’re taking with Tanya doesn’t sit well with me.
‘Shaq is a big hypocrite. How is it okay for him to scold Ron in front of everyone in the village multiple times, but when Tanya scolds him in front of one person, it’s a problem?’ another viewer wrote.
Someone else wrote: ‘Not enough people focus on the disgusting way Shaq talked to Tanya about me. Whether or not Tanya should have spoken to him in private about his behavior with Ron is up for debate, but the way he spoke to her is factually incorrect. A lot of people are ignoring that.
Another person posted: ‘Tanya is acting like Shaq doesn’t have something serious, all he did was tell Ron to clean up after himself.’
And someone else shared: ‘I wonder if Tanya just isn’t feeling it in general and is finding a way to get rid of Shaq. So tell him it’s because he loves him so deeply? Curse! If this were the other way around, Ofcom would be getting HIT UP’.
