Love Island: All Stars viewers have branded Ovie Soko ‘cold and cruel’ after India Reynolds claimed his management blindsided her with their split.

The ITV dating show returned on Monday with a new series of All Stars – and India made a shocking admission about how her relationship with Ovie ended.

The pair met on series five of the show in 2019 and made it to the final, but they split just three months after leaving the villa.

And now India has revealed that Ovie’s management released a statement saying the couple had split – before they actually did.

In her intro for the new series, India said she was shocked to see the public statement announcing their breakup, not knowing the relationship was over.

Viewers were shocked by the revelation about the fan-favorite film and begged that it ‘couldn’t be true’, also calling the move ‘shady’.

When India first appeared in the fifth series in 2019, she met the basketball player and they left the villa together, but they split a few months later.

Now, ahead of All Stars, she has spoken about how she would react if he later arrived in the villa like a bombshell.

India told MailOnline: ‘We are friends and there is no bad atmosphere so it would be nice to see him when he comes in.

‘Who knows, maybe something could happen on Love Island.’

However, she did add that this time in the villa she will change her tactics and get to know everyone – and not just focus on one person like she did with Ovie.

India explained: “Last time I was so focused on him, but I think this time I will explore more different connections. Hopefully I can meet different types of people!’

She also talked about what she did to prepare for her TV return – with Botox being her main form of preparation.

The star said: ‘At 34 I’m a fan of Botox so I had that done but I didn’t do much else as it was Christmas!

‘Sorry, Christmas isn’t the time for the gym. Christmas is for eating or drinking. So I didn’t prepare at all.’

During her pre-villa chat, she opened up about how she chose to return to the show because she hadn’t been able to find love in the outside world and she hated online dating.

She said: ‘It didn’t work in the real world and I’m not a fan of online dating so I wanted to try it. I just didn’t meet anyone from outside.

‘There is no age limit for finding love or getting to know people, and there is no right way to find love. With All Stars, people will be a little older because they’ve been into it before, so that’ll be good.

‘Last time I was more scared and nervous about going in. This time I should be more confident.”
