Love Is Blind UK couple SPLIT less than a year after getting married with bride admitting she felt ‘disrespected’
British couple Sabrina Vittoria and Steven Smith from Love Is Blind have split, MailOnline can exclusively reveal.
The couple got married last September, after not seeing each other on the Netflix series. Less than a year after tying the knot, they’ve already called it quits.
Their marriage was a legitimate ceremony, meaning the couple would need to file for an annulment or divorce to become legally separated.
CrossFit gym owner Steven, 37, who lives in London, and marketing professional Sabrina, 35, from Belfast, promised each other to have a great time in front of friends and family while filming the Netflix series.
But there is a suspicion that the distance between them ultimately led to problems in their relationship.
MailOnline understands the couple’s big day, captured for the global streaming platform, marked the beginning of the end for Sabrina and Steven, who enthusiastically dubbed themselves ‘The Smiths’ as they exchanged their vows.

A TV source told MailOnline: ‘Sabrina and Steven committed themselves on their wedding day last year because they fell in love and hoped it would work out.
But after filming for the show wrapped, they learned things about each other that they hadn’t discussed during their relationship in the pods.
There were obstacles they had to overcome, such as their differences over starting a family and where they would live long-term.
‘They are still friends and after a life-changing experience together, they will have a lifelong bond, but their relationship is definitely over.’
During Monday night’s reunion, which airs at 9 p.m. on Netflix, Sabrina said, “I didn’t feel like you had any respect for me.”
Steven proposed to Sabrina before they met in real life, after the couple dated behind a screen.
They immediately connected and talked about their hopes and wishes for the future, as well as sharing memories of Sabrina’s late grandmother and Steven’s grandfather, who has also passed away.
However, they were in doubt about whether they should have children. Sabrina did not want to start a family, while Steven wanted to be a father.
Sabrina said: ‘I don’t feel the urge to have children, otherwise I wouldn’t be happy with myself and with my life.’

But the couple were unsure about whether they wanted children, with Sabrina less keen on starting a family, while Steven wanted to be a father.

They also didn’t know where they would live together: Sabrina had her sights set on Belfast, while Steven preferred to stay in London.
Sabrina explained: ‘When it comes to where Steven and I are going to live, all cards are on the table. Steven loves Belfast and he’s very open to moving there, we just need to figure out as a couple and individually where we’ll be best suited.’
Steven added: ‘I think we’ll probably live in London for the first few years.’
Participants in Love Is Blind who make it to their wedding day, the final phase of the dating experiment, have the choice to say “yes” at the altar or pass up the chance to marry their partner.
Sabrina and Steven were one of three couples, including co-stars Nicole Stevens and Benaiah Warrilow and Jasmine Chamberlain and Bobby Johnson, who tied the knot on the big day.
The couple hoped they could work through their differences and express their love for each other on camera.
On their wedding day, Steven said, “There’s so much I love about Sabrina, everything just fits and feels right. I know I’ve only known her for a few weeks, but I know I love her to bits.”
Sabrina added, “Marriage is a big deal. No one gets married thinking they’re going to get divorced. The reality is this is real life and this is forever.”
