During the interview, he explained: “Since rehab, I have been on a journey of self-discovery. I have spent a lot of time in Bali, surrounded by nature, reading alone or spending time with like-minded people, and learning to love myself again while I finally free myself from my previous life.

In a refreshingly honest conversation, the star penned a note to her younger self as she admits she was upset that she couldn’t be herself at the time.
