It comes after Lottie bore a striking resemblance to her supermodel half-sister Kate, 49, on Wednesday when she was berated in London.
The model looked chic for the Primrose Hill outing, flaunting her slim figure in a fitted black maxi dress.
She added a tasseled leather jacket over the top of the ruffle crew neck garment, with metallic silver detailing.
Accessorizing with a silver chain belt around her waist, she wore a heart pendant necklace alongside a collection of matching rings.
Wearing black sunglasses on her head, the OnlyFans model let her bright blonde locks fall freely in a soft wave.
To dress up the look, Lottie donned a pair of bright silver metallic ankle boots with a multi-strap detail and a tiny heel.
She carried a black mini handbag with silver metal buckles while holding a soft makeup palette on her fair complexion.
Accompanied by friends, the star seemed to enjoy a day of shopping in the capital.

Kate and Lottie are sisters through their father Linda Rosina, who welcomed Kate with Linda Rosina Shepherd and Lottie with Inger Solnordal.
Despite the pair having a famously tense relationship, the model’s siblings look strikingly similar.
Recently, Lottie stumbled upon the “common misconception” that her family is “rich and famous” when she walked into the fake baby row.
In fact, she said she “don’t really know” her older half-sister Kate, with their relationship being so distant “she doesn’t respond to my texts.”
In a self-penned essay, Lottie said that while her sister provided her with a useful springboard, she was determined to earn her own money and used her earnings to pay for private tuition at St. Bede’s School in Redhill.
The Chelsea socialite also responded to the backlash for a series of tweets she posted in response to Lily Allen, the daughter of actor Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen, launching a defense of celebrity kids raised in privileged families.
Not close: The influencer recently said she “doesn’t really know” her older half-sister Kate, 49, with their relationship so distant “she doesn’t respond to my texts” (pictured in 2014)
“I think a common misconception is that because Kate, who is 24 years older than me, is rich and famous, so was my family. But that was clearly her money and her fame, not ours,” Lottie wrote News week.
Lottie continued, “I knew my sister Kate was famous and growing up I idolized her, thinking she was the coolest.
“I never got much love or attention from her though, which has always upset me, especially since people have brought her to me for as long as I can remember.
“How do I tell people I don’t know her and she won’t respond to my texts? I find the whole “fake baby” concept really weird.
“There are so many people in the world who have had clear advantages in their careers because of who they know or who someone in their family is, not just famous people.”
