Launching on Tuesday September 19thRita, 32, says of the collection: ‘All my life I’ve always wanted to look stylish, and when I was younger I couldn’t have done that without Primark.
‘I could always stretch my budget with so many great items from Primark. To be honest, that’s when I really learned to get creative and play with fashion.
‘Creating this collection with Primark was very nostalgic for me, and I can’t wait for the world to see it!’
Despite the garments being made to be affordable for everyone, Rita faced backlash for working with a fast fashion brand after launching sustainable activewear brand Human Beings.
Fans accused her of being ‘reluctant’ to venture into fast fashion, while others shared their doubts about whether the millionaire and globally famous pop star still shops at the budget retailer.
