Leo traveled to Paris after partying until the early hours with Lottie, 25, at London's Chiltern Firehouse on Wednesday morning – 30 years after he dated her sister Kate, 49.
Dressed in a neat bomber jacket and navy blue trousers, he left La Girafe restaurant, with 25-year-old Vittoria following behind.
The Italian model, who was first linked to Leo in November, wore a black fur coat with wide-leg trousers and trainers.
Sources claimed at the time that he was 'crazy' about Vittoria, who is also deeply concerned about environmental issues. They are yet to confirm their relationship.
The couple was seen leaving the seafood restaurant, in the heart of the Cité de l'Architecture, at around 12.30pm after enjoying a cabaret show.
Insiders claim Leo is now dating her exclusively because she has “all the qualities he looks for in a partner.”

Earlier this week, onlookers in London told MailOnline that Leo and Lottie were in the Chiltern Firehouse together before leaving early on Wednesday morning.
One partygoer said: 'You've got Leonardo and Lottie in the same room, of course they gravitated towards each other.
'They were chatting and giggling until the early hours when it was time to end it. They left the club in the early hours after having a great time.
“It got people talking, they're both celebrities having a good time.”
A source told The Sun: 'Leo and Lottie had a great time and seemed very close.
'They arrived separately, but within a few minutes of each other, and sat at the table with other friends.
'Their closeness raised a lot of eyebrows – and people in the club were talking about Kate, and also the fact that Lottie seems to be in the right age range for Leo.'

The actor arrived first before Lottie, who arrived slightly later than the Hollywood star.
