A cow found wandering through a shopping center has required rescuing for a second time.
The missing animal was first discovered in the Caddens Corner shopping district in western Sydney on Tuesday night.
A NSW Fire and Rescue team was called in to capture the cow who worked alongside police to bring her safely to a nearby paddock at Western Sydney University.
But their troubles didn’t end there with the bovine stuck in a dam overnight.

The missing animal was first discovered at the Caddens Corner shopping precinct in western Sydney on Tuesday night.
Fire and Rescue, university campus security and NSW Police made a second effort to free the same cow, which was stuck up to its stomach in mud.
Firefighters turned a 38mm fire hose into a lasso to pull the cow out of the dam and into the care of university staff.
Unable to stay on their feet after their ordeal, the crews remained with the cow until she recovered.
It is in the care of the university – away from the dam.
Authorities are now trying to find the owner of the cow.
