Lorraine Kelly shocked her fellow celebs when she erupted with an expletive-ridden diatribe for a hilarious Children In Need sketch on Friday.

The presenter, 62, put her good-natured temper aside for the act, helping out at a charity call centre.

She had been taking donations over the phone as usual before breaking into a fit of rage that caused Peter Andre to spit his water out.

Deborah Meaden and Iain Stirling also looked shocked, as the Scottish TV personality turned her anger at the charity mascot Pudsey Bear.

Lorraine began by telling the caller, “That’s so generous! Could you actually wait a minute, doll? Hold on for me.’

She then bellowed, “[Beep] How many times have I told you [beep] shut up? Honest to [beep] shut up [beep] shut up! I can’t focus on what I am [beep] do here!’

For the past 42 years, Children in Need has never failed to bring the country together to raise money for an outstanding cause.

And this year will be filled with skits, musical performances, and even promises a “big surprise” when it returns to screens on November 18.

Last month, Alex Scott was announced as the presenter for this year’s BBC show as she returns for her third year.

The former Arsenal footballer, 37, will host the evening alongside Jason Manford, Ade Adepitan MBE, Mel Giedroyc and Chris Ramsey from the BBC studios in Salford.

BBC Children In Need is an annual fundraising campaign that raises money for underprivileged children.

In July it was revealed that last year’s appeal raised £51 million for people in the UK who were in a disadvantaged position.

The charity currently supports more than 2,300 local charities and projects across the country.

Wheelchair basketball player Ade, host Mel and comedians Chris and Jason join Alex as presenters this year.

The BBC website also promises an exciting line-up, with Bradley Walsh hosting a kids’ takeover of Blankety Bank – a game show – with Maisie Smith and John Waite.

Another segment to watch is The Repair Shop, in which the team will be sharing a ‘very special restoration’ that will be unveiled on the BBC Children in Need stage.

Celebrities will also have their stories judged by young people in a special screening of Graham Norton’s Red Chair, with Romesh Ranganathan presenting a Children In Need edition of The Weakest Link.

Other highlights to entertain include a Fundraiser of the Year award introduced by BBC Radio 2’s Michael Ball OBE.

There will also be an exclusive broadcast of the UK Junior Eurovision Song Contest’s first performance.

Professional films will air throughout the evening and musical and dance acts are also expected from Lewis Capaldi, dance group Diversity and the beloved Children In Need Choir, performing their version of Keane’s Somewhere Only We Know.

Alex took to Instagram earlier today to share a sneak peek as the group rehearsed on the Children in Need stage ahead of the big night tomorrow.

Meanwhile, comedian Jason took a trip to Southampton earlier this week to witness the impact of donations on communities.

BBC’s Children In Need Instagram account posted a clip of the visit, writing: ‘Before we presented our Appeal Show for the first time, @JasonManford visited the Wildern Opportunity Group to see how your donations make a difference.’

Chris also made his own visit to Kids Kabin, a project funded by the campaign in Newcastle.

Last month, Ade also starred in a promotional clip ahead of the fundraiser, in which the athlete took on Pudsey in a hilarious game of “Bear Pong.”

The post explained that the fun benefited the project’s “Friday group sessions for children aged 0-5 with special needs and complex health needs and their families.”

You can watch the Great SPOTacular Appeal Night on November 18 from 7pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
