Lorraine Kelly was amazed during her TV show on Thursday when her daughter surprised her from Los Angeles.
The presenter, 63, went live to her LA correspondent Ross King and couldn’t stop squealing with joy when Rosie, 29, appeared.
Ross released the latest update on the Hollywood actors’ strike after two weeks of negotiations between the SAG-AFTRA union and studios.
He said: ‘Can I just say one thing: we were talking earlier about the strike being over and people here celebrating.
“There’s a young starlet already partying…here, look!”

Rosie appeared on the screen and smiled as Lorraine screamed and waved at her.
“I’m going to bed now!” Rosie laughed.
Lorraine replied: ‘Go to bed because it’s very late! I’m sure you’ve been doing fun things, reading books, not going to nightclubs and all that!
“Ross, thank you for taking care of her, it was great! Thank you Ross, thank you so much, oh she’s having a great time, my daughter!’
Lorraine, 63, shares daughter Rosie, 28, with her husband Steve, who she married in 1992.
It comes after Lorraine was criticized by viewers on Monday for taking half the week off, despite having an adult daughter.
Fans of the ITV morning show pointed out that Christine Lampard was a guest presenter, even though she has two young children, Patricia, five, and Freddie, two.
An ITV spokesperson confirmed to MailOnline last week: ‘Lorraine is now off for half the term and will be back on Monday November 6.’
