The model also brought her son Sylvester, two, for the Big Apple outing.
Orazio put Sly on his shoulders for a sweet moment with the toddler.
Her sighting with the DJ comes just weeks after she passionately kissed Harry Styles on the streets of Tokyo.
Last week, Emily spoke out about the now-viral make-out session with the former One Directioner.
“I didn’t expect this to happen, but I think in general there’s a reason why certain celebrities live in LA, hire security, don’t go to public restaurants,” she told Spanish Vogue via Page six.

“I’m just someone who went from a three-year relationship to a four-year relationship,” referring to her ex-boyfriend Jeff Magid and then her marriage to Sebastian Bear-McClard.
“This is the first time in a long time that I’ve been in a dating phase.
