Logan Paul’s Prime SUES Ryan Garcia after controversial boxer blamed positive PED test on drink
Logan Paul’s energy drink company Prime Hydration has hit Ryan Garcia with a defamation lawsuit after the boxer attributed his positive drug test to the drink.
The former YouTuber claimed his company was under ‘attack’ by false narratives perpetuated by the 25-year-old.
“Today we begin to hold those who damaged our brand accountable for attention as we correct the narrative,” Paul wrote on Instagram Thursday next to an image of the lawsuit filed in a Texas court.
“We are here to stay and will continue to change the world of hydration with bold flavors and creative innovation,” he added.
Garcia has been on several social media posts after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs ahead of his shock victory over Devin Haney in April.

The controversial athlete, who recently returned a positive PED test, blamed the booze
The controversial athlete claimed the drink will “kill your boys’ brains,” “ruin your boys’ livers” and “hurt you a lot.”
He even went so far as to claim, “I drank Prime and tested positive for ostarine.”
Prime is suing Garcia for defamation, trade libel, violations of the Lanham Act, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.
