Tennis champion Lleyton Hewitt and his actress wife Bec are hoping to come up trumps this weekend when their sprawling Gold Coast pad is auctioned.

The couple put the beautiful four-bedroom mansion on the market earlier this month, three years after buying it for $4.3 million.

The sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located in Burleigh Heads, one of Queensland’s most sought-after postcodes, where the average home is valued at more than $5 million.

Listing agent Carol Carter of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty has teased that there has been interest from overseas buyers ahead of the auction.

She said there is a lot of interest in the high-profile property, including from buyers from Germany and the United Kingdom.

“We’ve had a lot of interest, but it’s hard to get insight into it because people tend to keep things close to their chest,” Carol said. real estate.com.au.

After their wedding at the Sydney Opera House, Bec and Lleyton moved to Nassau Island in the Bahamas with their children.
