A snippet from the clip shows her interviewing the Duchess of Sussex before meeting and marrying Prince Harry.
It didn’t say what Lizzie had asked her, but Meghan thought, “I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!”
Other stars who took part in the film included Kim Kardashian, Jack Black and Tom Cruise.

She wrote on social media: ‘My newest Amazon show ‘Red Carpet Uncut’. It’s full of my exclusive shows with the Hollywood greats, fun and fashion. Watch it now on Amazon Prime…’.
It comes after Lizzie claimed last year that she tried to get Meghan a role in Made In Chelsea before she met Prince Harry.
The star previously said she became friends with Meghan after the two hit it off at a charity dinner in 2013.
And during an appearance on GB Newsshe told Nana Akua that the former Suits star was keen to join the cast of the E4 reality show.
The ex-WAG said: ‘I was friends with Meghan for a while and I really got on with her. A friend asked me to babysit her at a charity event and I thought, “Who is this woman?” No one really knew who she was.
Lizzie continues: ‘She wanted a boyfriend, she wanted to break into show business, she wanted a job on British television and she wanted Made in Chelsea, the show.
‘So I said, “Look, if I can help you, I will,” which is what I tried to do. I tried to set her up with Ashley Cole, the former Chelsea player, but she wasn’t his type.
‘I said I would try to set her up with some guys, she wanted to stay in Britain. She wanted a British boyfriend. So she got one and won the lottery.’

MailOnline has contacted Meghan’s representatives for comment.
Lizzie previously claimed that Meghan and Prince Harry named their daughter Lilibet in honor of her, and not the Queen.
Speaking with OK! magazine, Lizzie said: ‘I was called Lilibet. That’s short for Elizabeth. That was my nickname at school!
“Thank you Meghan. You ignored me – and now you name your child after me. I appreciate it.
‘My name was Lilibet at school. When I heard it on the radio, I turned around and said, ‘That’s my name! I haven’t been called that in years.’
“I was quite shocked by it because it’s an unusual name. Maybe that’s her way of reaching out. But I wish them the best and I think it’s great.”
Lizzie previously revealed that she became friends with the Duchess of Sussex after the two hit it off at a charity dinner in 2013.
Lizzie, who Meghan described as ‘a giggler’ and ‘a real girly girl’, told MailOnline of one of their nights out: ‘It was a very high society party. She was sort of climbing the ladder.’
Harrison Ford was another star she interviewed
The star has previously said she became friends with Meghan after the pair hit it off at a charity dinner in 2013
‘We had a girly chat about my life, her life. She said she would love to have a celebrity boyfriend. She loved Britain and felt very much at home there.
‘She loved life in London and wanted to stay there, work and have a boyfriend.’
She added: ‘The last time I spoke to her was just before Prince Harry. I wrote her a huge congratulations and then I realised the number had changed and I didn’t get a reply.
‘Piers Morgan and I were ghosted, as they say. But it is what it is, I understand. Royals are very different from celebrities. We got on really well.’
