Lizzie Cundy showed off her incredible figure in a peach midi dress as she appeared on the Jeremy Vine show on Monday.

The former WAG, who recently celebrated her 56th birthday, looked stunning in the striking three-quarter sleeved piece.

The TV personality elevated her body with a pair of sky-high gold heels and simply accessorized with a gold bracelet.

Lizzie seemed in good spirits as she flashed her beautiful smile as she posed for Instagram photos outside the studio.

She wrote alongside the photo: ‘Feeling peachy, standing tall and ready for action! What a show @jeremyvineon5 @stormhuntley… spicy and lively just the way I like it!’

In another photo, Lizzie posed with TV presenter Storm Huntley, 37, who looked stunning in a black long-sleeved mini dress and heels.

Lizzie is now on good terms with her ex-husband James Cundy; she was married to the former Chelsea and Spurs defender for 18 years and they have two sons together.

Giving her advice for the current breed of WAGs supporting the England squad at the 2024 Euros, she said in an article in the Mail: ‘I was married to former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur player Jason Cundy for 18 years.

‘I was the same age as many of the Euro 2024 WAGs when he courted me in my late teens, and our mutual falling out in 2012 coincided with the point where my career overshadowed his (I was smart enough to be on air steps while we were married).

‘Today I am an older and sometimes wiser woman of 56 years. When Jason played for England Under-21s, the WAG culture was not yet established.

‘Wagging’ was something a dog did with its tail. Since then I have attended many tournaments as a reporter for ITV, such as the European Championships.

‘The match itself is also nerve-wracking for a WAG. They need their other halves to play well; family life is so much easier when they do. Believe me, no one wants an unhappy partner after the match.

“Thankfully I’ve never had to deal with online trolls, but that’s something the WAGs of 2024 are dealing with now.

“I would say they should all lock their phones during the tournament, but since most of them are influencers, that advice would definitely fall on deaf ears.”
