The father of Liverpool star Luis Diaz has been admitted to Colombia with chest pains, 13 months after his 12-day kidnapping ended.
Father-of-four Luis Manuel Diaz, 58, is undergoing tests after being transferred to a specialized center from a hospital in his hometown of Barrancas, where he was initially admitted on Thursday morning.
He is said to have been given oxygen and stabilized at Our Lady of Pilar Hospital before being taken to Cesar Cardiovascular Institute in Valledupar, a 90-minute drive away.
