Klopp was in high spirits during the second half as his team dismantled the Red Devils thanks to goals from Cody Gakpo, Mohamed Salah, Darwin Núñez and Roberto Firmino, but his mood soon turned to fury after the incident that encroached on the pitch. .
The fan, who stormed onto the Anfield pitch after Firmino’s 88th-minute goal, slipped as he approached the players and swept past Robertson, who fell to the ground and clutched his ankle with a grimace.
