UN Security Council again postpones vote on Gaza aid resolution amid talks to avoid US veto
After days of intensive negotiations, the United Nations Security Council (UN Security Council) today postponed the vote on a resolution calling for increased humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, according to media reports. The resolution, which also called for a suspension of fighting, was postponed for a third time this week as US President Joe Biden said US support for the resolution remains unresolved.
