LIV Golf has an event planned for Super Bowl week in Las Vegas, but currently has no plans to play any of Donald Trump’s courses, according to a schedule released Wednesday.

The Saudi-funded golf league appears to be competing with both the NFL and PGA Tour, while the ex-president’s golf courses are left out despite him hosting two of their events in 2023.

LIV announced the locations for 12 of their 14 tournaments next year. The setting for the final regular season event, held last year at Trump Doral in Florida, has yet to be determined.

LIV has hosted events at Trump Bedminster in New Jersey for the past two years. LIV also held a tournament at Trump National, just outside Washington DC, in 2023. Surprisingly, none of the three courses were selected for the upcoming tournaments.

However, the league booked an event in Las Vegas the same week as the Super Bowl. LIV also scheduled three events that share weeks with the PGA Tour’s $20 million tournaments.

LIV concluded its first season with a tournament at the Trump Doral course outside Miami

The second season of LIV kicks off on February 2 and 4 in Mayakoba on Mexico’s Gulf Coast.

From there, LIV will host their first event in Las Vegas from February 8 to 10, wrapping up the day before Super Bowl Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. The PGA Tour’s Phoenix Open, which historically hosts the largest and loudest crowds in golf, will also mirror LIV from 300 miles away.

LIV will hold their tournament at Las Vegas Country Club, which has hosted PGA events since its inception in 1983 until 1991. The venue last hosted an LPGA tour in 2006.

LIV announced it will oversee tournaments with hosts including Hong Kong, Australia and England

New host clubs for LIV include the Golf Club of Houston (June 7-9) and The Grove outside Nashville, Tennessee (June 21-23). Both tournaments held at these locations will mirror PGA Tour stops, with the Houston tournament taking place a week before the US Open at Pinehurst No. 2 in North Carolina.

Six tournaments outside North America are scheduled for LIV’s 2024 season, with stops in Hong Kong and Australia (April 26-28), Saudi Arabia (May 1-3), Singapore (May 3-5), Spain (July 12-14) and England (July 26-28).

LIV consists of 48 golfers divided into 12 teams. The league is currently going through a period of roster reshuffling before tournaments begin.
