Her band Little Mix went on indefinite hiatus earlier this year.

But Perrie Edwards kept busy and has now launched a new buzz to keep her busy.

The 29-year-old singer has started a real estate company called Paxel Properties, inspired by her son Axel, 14 months.

And the hitmaker, who is engaged to Liverpool footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, could be making some serious money from the venture.

An insider told The sun: ‘Perrie is no stranger to hard transplantation and likes to be busy. She is business-savvy and founded the real estate company earlier this year.

The company allows her to turn over properties and sell them for a profit, which can be a lucrative business.

“There’s a lot of money in real estate and Perrie really screwed up.”

She is not the only member of Little Mix involved in the real estate game, as her bandmate Leigh-Anne’s fiancé, football player Andre Grey, is also involved in the business.

He started his company G&A Organizations Ltd this year, to buy up old houses and turn them around.

Leigh-Anne has reportedly been on hand to give him advice on interior design.

Perrie has already started another company this year and launched her own clothing brand Disora.

Disora, which has the slogan ‘Luxury Fashion, Delivered Globally’, sells both workout gear and accessories.

Launching the company earlier this year, Perrie took to Instagram to explain that the name was a portmanteau of two words that best explained her brand: “disoriented ora.”

Her new venture comes after Perrie and Alex were recently shaken up when thieves raided their Cheshire mansion.

Last month, it was revealed that thieves who broke into the couple’s home gained access using a ladder.

It is reported that the burglars were experienced and entered through an upstairs window of a ladder and escaped with jewelry and designer items.

A friend told the publication: ‘It seems amazing that your own house can be broken into at night without even going out, but that’s what the police think happened.

“It now looks like they were targeted by some pretty brash and experienced criminals who had the brass neck and the means to climb the back of a large property and get their hands on all this expensive gear before they were spotted.

“They must be quite seasoned, but the police are determined to get them before someone else falls victim.”

According to another source, the couple felt “violated” by the incident and extremely “upset” after realizing what had happened.

They said: ‘The audacity of doing it while they were in the house is terrifying, and it is clear that they are heartbroken that many valuables have been stolen that meant a lot to them, not just financially.

“This is their dream home and they love it as a family. Suddenly it feels tarnished, but they are determined to get on with their lives.’
