This weekend the Premier League kicks off again with all 20 teams in action to pave the way for a successful season in the top English division.
One team looking to improve on last season is Liverpool. In their final year under Jurgen Klopp, they finished third in the league. Klopp has since stepped down as manager because there is a new man in town.
It is difficult to predict what Arne Slot will bring to Anfield. In the latest episode of Mail Sport’s It’s All Kicking Off, presenters Ian Ladyman and Chris Sutton discussed the potential impact of the managerial change.
As Ladyman pointed out, Liverpool have not signed any players this summer. That means Slot could be working with the same squad as Klopp at the moment. The Mail Sport man has been quick to comment on whether he sees that as a problem going forward.

There was also talk of potential signings for Liverpool if they want to do business this summer, and how much time Slot could be given at the helm if things go wrong.
Sutton, meanwhile, highlighted the potential football fans could expect under the Dutchman, and how that could differ from the situation under Klopp.
