Lisa Vanderpump slated to grow her restaurant empire with new Lake Tahoe outpost Wolf by Vanderpump

Following the huge success of her Las Vegas establishments, Lisa Vanderpump will be expanding her empire into Northern Nevada with a new Lake Tahoe restaurant, DailyMail.com reports exclusively.

The Vanderpump Rules star will open Wolf by Vanderpump in Harvey’s Lake Tahoe sometime this winter, bringing her “bold and unique” style to the spectacular resort.

Lisa revealed that this latest business venture has a special place in her heart: “Wolf has an extra meaning because it’s a family name and my grandson Teddy’s middle name.”

“Wolf will be filled with a bold and unique design, taking elements from the character and identity of the wolf itself,” said Lisa. “I couldn’t resist this opportunity to create a rich and indulgent space inspired by the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe.

The venture further expands Vanderpump’s business relationship with Caesars Entertainment, becoming their third restaurant in partnership.

Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas have both been hugely successful and continue to be destinations for those traveling to the Las Vegas Strip.

As with Vanderpump à Paris, Lisa will decorate with unique designs from her own company with designer Nick Alain. Their designs recently served as the backdrop for Bravo’s wildly explosive three-part Vanderpump Rules reunion.

“Through our Vanderpump Alain design firm, Wolf will be provided with stunning lighting, custom furniture and epic visual statements,” Lisa gushed. “The food will be decadent, the cocktails both earthy and instagrammable, and the whole experience is something we’re thrilled to be bringing to Lake Tahoe.”

Vanderpump’s previous establishment, Vanderpump à Paris, featured cocktails, dishes and design inspired by the City of Lights, and similarly, her latest outpost will be influenced by the wolf himself.

The location reflects the “extremely intelligent and complex animal that is bold, strong, playful, mischievous, vicious, caring and devoted to family.”

As anyone who has ever visited one of Lisa and her husband/business partner Ken Todd’s restaurants would expect, Wolf by Vanderpump will feature an extensive menu of expertly crafted cocktails served from a main bar in the center of the room.

According to a press release, “Handcrafted drinks feature nods to local themes and flavors, with an emphasis on incredibly visual garnishes and presentations.”

Both the cocktail and food menus will feature reimagined classics. The full food menu also includes shareable options and is updated seasonally to make use of local ingredients.

“We are excited to bring the sophistication and fun of the Vanderpump brand to Lake Tahoe. Lisa and Nick Alain’s designs are stunning, the menu is delectable and the cocktails will feature beautiful and unique presentations,” said SVP and General Manager of Harrah’s and Harveys Lake Tahoe, Karie Hall. No detail has been overlooked and it will exceed all expectations. Wolf is an exciting and unique addition that we know visitors to Harrah’s and Harveys will love.”

With Wolf, Lisa and her husband Ken seem to be conquering the market in hotspots in the western US. This will be their third in Nevada, along with two West Hollywood mainstays, TomTom and Sur.

Earlier this year, the 62-year-old reality star announced she was closing her popular establishment, Pump, due to skyrocketing rents.

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Pump Restaurant’s lease is expiring and that we will close on July 5, after 10 years of beautiful evenings under our olive trees,” she wrote in a social media post.

Vanderpump recently wrapped up the most explosive season in Vanderpump Rules history, which was a must for fans due to Tom Sandoval’s secret affair with Rachel Leviss.

Despite the devastation Scandoval left in its wake, it has made VPR popular again for fans.

Meanwhile, Lisa flies to France to film a new Hulu reality series entitled Vanderpump Villa, which will take place at her own luxurious French estate.

The Disney-owned streaming site has ordered 10 episodes and will follow the staff of the lavish mansion as they both live and work “together to navigate every extravagant desire of their well-to-do guests,” according to THR.
