Just hours after photos of Raquel Leviss were revealed along with claims that Scheana Shay assaulted her last week, Lisa Vanderpump revealed that she believes Shay hit her.
The alleged assault came after it was revealed that Leviss had an affair with Tom Sandoval during his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix, before Sandoval and Madix split last week.
Leviss, 28, filed a restraining order against Shay, 37, alleging that Shay punched her in the face and pushed her against a brick wall last Thursday after a Watch What Happens Live taping in the city of NY.
While neither Leviss nor Shay have commented publicly on the alleged incident, Vanderpump, 62, appeared on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday, where she was asked if she believes the assault occurred.
‘Yes, I think it did. I think she slapped him on the chops. But you know what, her feelings would be so high because Ariana was her best friend for 12 years,” Vanderpump said.

The cheating scandal was first revealed last Friday as Sandoval and Madix were confirmed to have split after Sandoval’s affair with Leviss came to light.
The source told Page Six that Madix was “shocked by the deception,” saying: “Ariana is heartbroken. Ariana was there for Raquel during the James [Kennedy] breaking off.’
The source added that Madix feels “betrayed” by Leviss, whom she considered a “friend.”
Madix reportedly learned of the cheating allegations Wednesday, when she attended Sandoval’s show with her cover band, Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras, in Los Angeles.
“Ariana and Tom have been affectionate in public recently,” a source told the publication, adding, “Ariana had no idea there was a problem.”
Another source close to the production revealed that most of the cast ‘They are expected to meet and film tomorrow to share their reactions to the Raquel and Sandoval affair. Almost everyone is shocked and completely heartbroken for Ariana.
Meanwhile, the producers had Tom and Ariana meet at his house on Friday morning to discuss their split in front of the cameras, and it was an “emotionally charged situation” at times, according to TMZ.

The producers are reportedly hoping to incorporate the drama into the current season 10 of Vanderpump Rules.
A production source told DailyMail.com: “There is more to this story that will be revealed in the coming weeks, but all is not as it seems, however it is true that Tom and Raquel have been connecting.”
“We should change the name of the show to Raquel Rules as she has definitely become the star of the show this season, giving it her all.”

Madix has since deleted her Instagram account, though neither she nor Sandoval nor Leviss have made any public comments.

Sandoval and Madix were last seen together on Wednesday, and sources told TMZ, who first reported the split, the couple’s nearly decade-long romance “has been out for a while.”
Sandoval and Madix have been dating since 2014 after Madix joined Vanderpump Rules in season 2.
It was confirmed during the season 2 reunion special that they were dating and have been together ever since.
