The TV star captioned her upload: ‘Birthday Eve – Been wanting to come to the @ritzcarltonabama for a few years now.
‘It made perfect sense for George to fly to me as I was already in Tenerife filming last week – I’m so happy we made it happen.
‘The food was incredible! Frankly, we are amazed at the talent of the chefs who have cooked for us.”
The secret to Lisa’s incredible body is a mix of strength training and fitness classes, such as Pilates and yoga.

In an article for You Magazine, she revealed that menopause led to her gaining three stone, but HRT still gave her the energy to return to the gym.
She wrote: ‘I’m lifting weights at the gym now. I never thought I would do that, but it burns fat, builds muscle and has really changed my body shape. It also helps protect against osteoporosis.’
The star also uses an Oura Ring health advisory to count her steps and aims for around 15,000 steps a day.
On accepting her body, she said: ‘For so many years I had negative thoughts like, “Why can’t my breasts be higher?”
‘These days I don’t have time to worry about a gap on the inside of my thighs. It’s about accepting that your body doesn’t look the same as it used to, but seeing how far you’ve come.
“We need to be grateful for the good things and gloss over the areas we’re not so excited about.”
