Lisa Rinna went topless for the latest Cosmopolitan in a Marilyn Monroe-inspired shoot.
The iconic actress posed almost naked for the Publication ‘Sex after 60’ as she spoke candidly about sexuality and aging, admitting that she has taken pole dancing lessons and undergone hormone therapy to address both.
“I just turned 60 in July, and there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully. And I’m like, “F*** it. I’m going to age shamefully,” she explained.
“I don’t believe this, this, and this happens when you turn 60. I’m just going to fight it all the time because I want to do it my way.”
She also opened up about why she left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and revealed that she still keeps in touch with some of her former castmates.
Lisa Rinna bares it all for the latest Cosmopolitan
Posing nearly nude for the ‘Sex After 60’ issue, the iconic actress speaks candidly about sexuality and aging, admitting that she has taken pole dancing lessons and undergone hormone therapy to address both.
“I have my friends that I talk to, and they will always be my friends because the show made them my friends,” she said.
While she didn’t mention anyone in particular, she did say that Erika was the most helpful to Jayne as she struggled with her mother’s death in 2021.
The photoshoot was as daring as the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said, as she showed off her figure in barely-there ensembles for a variety of snaps.
In one, Lisa covers her bare chest with her hands as she poses in black underwear. In another, she wears a sheer, sparkly bodysuit.
Yet another has the soap opera alum completely topless and holding a pink sheer fabric over her body.
Other photos show the brunette beauty posing like a supermodel in a black baby doll dress, a turquoise dress and a beautiful LBD.
“I was so excited to shoot this cover because it’s the kind of thing that moves the needle,” she said of posing at age 60.
“It moves the needle for my daughters. It moves the needle for women to say, ‘Holy s***. You can do that. You don’t have to give up, go out into the pasture, relax, take it a lot easier when you turn 60 or older.’
About how pole dancing helped her embrace her sexuality more, Lisa said it happened after two years of lessons, starting in 2002.
“I just turned 60 in July, and there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully. And I’m like, “F*** it. I’m going to age shamefully,” she explained
She added that her husband of almost 30 years, Harry Hamlin, was also a fan of her pole dancing classes; seen in 2021
‘And that changed everything, because it felt safe. It changed my whole perception and fear about sexuality and expressing yourself,” she said.
‘I did it for over two years and I don’t think I’ve ever looked back. Then I could really be open, really share it.’
She added that her husband of nearly 30 years, Harry Hamlin, was also a fan of the classes.
‘Harry was clearly excited. I mean, I learned a lot of good tricks.”
As for hormone therapy, Lisa is a big fan as it helped during her menopausal phases.
‘The truth is that you change. You’re not about making a baby. So you’re not that crazy sexually – you’re just not,” she said.
‘I’m a big believer in hormones because I think life without them would be fucking miserable. They really helped me to continue to feel good about myself.’

As for RHOBH’s exit, Lisa said she had to leave to mourn her mother, who died shortly before they were filming Lisa’s final season in 2021.
‘It changed me, changed my whole life. I lost my mind. I went crazy. I was filming. I tried to grieve in public. And I went completely insane in that process until I removed myself from the situation and was actually able to sit and grieve better.”
She also revealed whether she’ll be tuning into the final season of RHOBH.
‘I’m not, no. I think when you leave a job you’ve had for eight years, you really have to withdraw, and I had to withdraw from it completely for my own sanity. So yes, no.’
