Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood is seen for the first time since her death

Lisa Marie Presley’s fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, was seen for the first time since his ex-wife’s death on Friday, after it was revealed that he is looking after the couple’s twin daughters.

Lockwood, 61, who split dramatically from the star in 2016, said her world had “turned upside down” and she was with 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper Vivienne.

He was seen outside the Los Angeles home he shares with his new wife, Beauty Beach Lounge stylist Stephanie Hobgood, dressed in a pink tank top, jeans and a fur hat.

The couple lives in an estimated $800,000 property in Thousand Oaks, according to Zillow.

Lockwood and Lisa Marie spent years fighting over finances and were still negotiating until her death on Thursday.

In the months before her death, Presley, the only daughter of Elvis Presley, owed $1 million in back taxes amid a mountain of debt, according to online radar.

The couple married in 2006 and had twin daughters in 2008, before separating in 2016, leading to a bitter divorce battle with Lockwood demanding child support payments.

They are understood to share custody of their children 50/50, with Lockwood looking after them with his new wife, and Lisa Marie paying $4,600 in child support to the guitarist a month.

However, Radar reported that they recently reached an agreement where she would pay him $6,000 per month.

In a recent December court filing, Michel claimed that his ongoing legal battle with Lisa Marie over their separation had cost him more than $1 million in legal fees and that he was considering bankruptcy.

Lockwood was seeking $40,000 a month in child support and insisted he had more money than he claimed in court documents.

Last year, he took Lisa Marie to court alleging she had money from a $1 million book advance, funds from the Golden Globe-winning Elvis movie and a trust he believed Presley controlled.

He also claimed that Presley still had an interest in Graceland, as well as a hotel on the property.

In the midst of her divorce proceedings with Lockwood, she temporarily lost custody of her twin daughters, who went to live with their mother Priscilla.

In a 2017 deposition, a year after the acrimonious separation, he admitted to abusing cocaine, opioids, painkillers and alcohol.

After their separation, Lisa Marie she begged a judge to ‘officially declare her single’ from her estranged husband after five years apart from Lockwood, who refused a divorce.

In a statement from his attorney Joe Yanny, obtained by entertainment tonightHe said: ‘Michael had been hoping for a quick and full recovery because his children needed it.

“It is very sad that it did not turn out that way. Michael’s world has been turned upside down, now he is with his two daughters.

Yanny added that Lockwood’s prayers are with Priscilla Presley and the rest of the Presley family.

She said there was “no hope” for the couple to reconcile and she wanted to “move on” with her life.

Lisa Marie died Thursday at the age of 54, hours after suffering a “total cardiac arrest” at her Calabasas home.

In 2017, shortly after the couple announced their separation, Lisa Marie falsely accused him of being a pedophile.

she claimed that he had found a trove of indecent images and videos of children on Lockwood’s computer.

The heiress said in a court filing at the time: “I was shocked, horrified and sick to my stomach.”

Lisa Marie told newspapers that the Beverly Hills Police Department found 80 of Lockwood’s devices during a raid on her home.

He added that the police still have them and they have not been fully vetted, although the allegations were investigated and no charges were filed.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation investigated the issue, but did not consider the actions to be criminal.

The agency’s public information officer said at the time: “Unless there is new evidence or potential information, we have terminated our involvement in this matter. We have not been able to determine if a crime occurred in Tennessee and therefore do not have an open investigation.”

Lockwood’s attorney called Lisa Marie’s statements “inaccurate and one-sided.”

Attorney Jeff Sturman continued: “Mr. Lockwood is not going to publicly release highly negative information about Ms. Presley in order to retaliate.

Therefore, while Mr. Lockwood denies the truth of what Ms. Presley decided to put in the press.

The couple’s legal battles appear to have been resolved last October when they reached an agreement on longstanding issues related to child support payments, according to Radar online.

Lockwood had been demanding payments from Lisa Marie. The couple had a prenuptial agreement during their marriage that prevented Lockwood from claiming financial support from his ex-wife.

The guitarist claimed his ex-wife’s financial situation was better than initially reported, thanks to money raised by her father’s estate and the financial success of the Baz Lurhmann film Elvis.

He went on to portray himself as a starving artist, saying that while he was married to Lisa Marie, she forced him to pay for music concerts in order to play music with her for free.

The final agreement was not made public, and days after the October agreement, Lockwood remarried while marrying Beauty Beach Lounge stylist Stephanie Hobgood.

His twins served as ‘groom-women’ alongside his ‘best wife’ Jeannia Robinette at the Presidio Chapel inside Santa Barbara’s El Presidio State Historic Park.
