“Looks like the side piece has been lurking for a while… hmmmm… suspicious… #rhom #peacocktv #bravotv #r#realhousewives,” the caption read.

Mazeppa revealed to page six that he followed Hochstein because they were both in the ‘same social circle’.

‘I don’t think liking a photo you were tagged in years ago is that crazy. Personally, I don’t remember liking or commenting on his page,” Mazepa said.

“I find it much more shocking that she created fake Instagram accounts to threaten and defame me, using them to cyberbully me and commenting under her own posts to promote herself,” he added.

Mazepa was referring to a December interview in which she said: “Lisa admitted in her own testimony that she did, in fact, create several Instagram accounts used to maliciously attack me online.”

The testimony came from court proceedings after Mazepa filed a restraining order against Lisa in July, though a judge dismissed Mazepa’s request.

“The fact is that the judge found on the record that she had committed those acts, but found Lisa to be ‘a scorned woman,’ and as such, under limited case law, a scorned woman should be expected to retaliate.” ‘ Mazepa claimed.

The judge threw out the restraining order in mid-December, which Hochstein said “vindicated” her in a statement.

“In July of this year, my husband’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, filed for a restraining order against me based on an affidavit containing nothing more than false and fictitious accusations against me,” Lisa said.

“Throughout the court proceedings, she tried to present herself as a victim and vilify me. Fortunately, the judge saw through her vicious lies and antics and dismissed the case,” she added.

Lenny Hochstein filed for divorce in May, just days after Lisa apparently confronted him at a Miami nightclub where he was partying with Mazepa, and after rejecting reports that they were splitting up.
