Fans hoping to be a part of the action when Lionel Messi looks to win his second trophy with Inter Miami next month will need to shell out a minimum of $350 to reach the US Open Cup final.

Just four days after clinching his first title in the United States, Messi ensured he would have a chance to clinch another title by inspiring Miami’s US Open Cup semifinal victory over Cincinnati on Wednesday.

As a result, he and Inter face the all-important final against Houston Dynamo on Wednesday, September 27, which takes place in DRV’s own PNK Stadium.

Ticket prices are already amazingly high despite the game launching in over a month, with the cheapest priced at $350 at the time of writing.

Standard tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster, which sets prices together with Major League Soccer.

The most expensive ticket you can buy for the showpiece from Miami costs a whopping $ 1,260.

And as it gets closer, sales prices for Messi’s second final with Inter are expected to rise.

The Messi mania has hit the United States well this summer, with tickets to his highly anticipated Saturday night MLS debut now costing more than $20,000.

The 36-year-old, who came to Miami after leaving French club PSG, has so far only played cup games for Tata Martino’s side.

He got off to a breathtaking start in America in the Leagues Cup, scoring 10 goals in his first seven games to ensure Inter lifted the trophy.

Messi also saved the team in Wednesday’s dramatic US Open Cup semi-final against Cincinnati, setting up a sensational cross for Leonardo Campana in the dying seconds of stoppage time to go home.

After a 3–3 draw at the end of extra time, he saved his penalty in the shootout as 18-year-old Benjamin Cremaschi converted the winning penalty.

Martino has hinted that Messi and others could be rested ahead of this weekend’s MLS game with New York Red Bulls – despite fans spending more than $20,000 to see the Argentina World Cup winner.

“Leo and many other players are reaching an important physical limit and starting today we will evaluate this – how am I going to face the next three games,” Martino said after Wednesday’s victory over Cincinnati.

“You also have to take into account the large number of games we played in 45, 50 days.”
