Lionel Messi has been included in Argentina’s latest selection despite his recent injury complaints.

The Inter Miami star has missed the last four games due to a muscle problem.

He last appeared for the club on September 20.

Argentina will host Paraguay in a World Cup qualifier next Thursday before traveling to Peru on October 17.

Messi’s side were defeated without him on Wednesday night as they lost 4-1 to the Chicago Fire at Soldier Field.

The loss leaves the Herons five points out of a postseason berth with just three games left to play.
