Lionel Messi was spotted visiting a friend’s house in Fort Lauderdale during his busy life at Inter Miami.
The 36-year-old was accompanied by his wife Antonela Roccuzzo, 35, and their children Thiago, 10, Mateo, 7, and Ciro, 5, when he was spotted leaving the South Florida property.
Messi looked relaxed in a baggy white T-shirt, black shorts and flip flops as he sipped his favorite yerba mate tea just two days after inspiring Inter Miami to a comeback victory over FC Dallas in the Leagues Cup of the last 16.
Meanwhile, Antonela, an Argentinian model and influencer, was effortlessly stylish in long black wide-leg pants and an orange crop top.
Antonela, who tied the knot with the soccer star in 2017, wore her brunette locks back in a high ponytail and completed the look with a bright pink and coral Louis Vuitton tote bag.

Messi was revealed to be with friend Lucas Saglia, an Argentine football coach and former player.
Scaglia, Antonela’s cousin, grew up with Messi and reportedly envisioned the pair as young children.
Their family getaway comes just over a week after the couple were spotted house hunting in Boca Raton following Messi’s historic move to Inter Miami.
The pair were joined by their eldest son, Thiago, who wore an Inter Miami jersey with his father’s name on it.
Messi’s move to the United States was confirmed last month with a glitzy reveal ahead of his debut and the World Cup winner has made a fast start at Inter Miami, scoring seven goals in four games.
Messi was shown around the house, where there appeared to be a putting green. One could even be seen giving Messi a short demonstration – club in hand.
He and Antonela were all smiles as they toured a luxurious home in Boca Raton, an hour north of Miami but only 25 minutes from DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
It wouldn’t be the family’s first property in South Florida. They already own a $9 million luxury condo overlooking Sunny Isle Beach and the city of Miami.

Messi, who is expected to earn $50-60 million per season after signing a two-and-a-half-year contract with Inter Miami, was spotted drinking mate tea as he left his friends’ house on Tuesday.
One of the soccer superstar’s favorites, the traditional South American drink is made from the Yerba Mate plant and packed with antioxidants.
It cuts body fat and contains as much caffeine as coffee. It is also believed to reduce fatigue and improve muscle contractions – which is essential for athletes like Messi, who are always seen drinking it.
And the Argentinian’s love of the drink has clearly inspired Inter Miami co-owner David Beckham to try it out amid their blossoming friendship.
Last month, the Manchester United legend shared a photo on Instagram sipping the drink through a bombilla – a metal straw he is usually drunk with – and wrote: ‘If it’s good enough for Leo’.
He shared the photo of Beckham on his Instagram story and wrote, “I’m gonna make you drink some good mate.”
Messi has been seen drinking it throughout his career, often arriving at matches with the gourd from which it was drunk.

But funnily enough, Messi didn’t seem to approve of the brand Beckham was drinking.
Days before Beckham’s partner taster, he and Messi were spotted having dinner with their wives Antonela and Victoria Beckham.
Miami’s celebrity couples were spotted at Gekko with Messi’s teammate Sergio Busquets and his girlfriend Elena Galera and Beckham’s co-owner Jorge Mas and his wife Aleyda.
Owned by Bad Bunny and restaurateur David Grutman, Hotspot SoFlo combines elements of a traditional steakhouse with Japanese cuisine, including sushi and sashimi.
Located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, the restaurant has already hosted a number of A-Listers, including family friend Beckham, Eva Longoria, Kaia Gerber, Joe Jonas, and Sophie Turner.
Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny’s girlfriend, has also been spotted there, while her sister Kim Kardashian and NBA star Tristan Thompson have also been spotted together at the restaurant after attending Messi’s debut.
Beckham and Messi appear to have a close bond with the former England football star recently claiming that bringing Messi to Inter Miami was one of the best moments of his life.
