The video of Messi taking photos with fans comes as he was heard speaking English in public for the first time ever in an advert for Will Smith and Martin Lawrence’s new Bad Boys film.
In the short clip, posted to Bad Boys’ Instagram page, Messi walks up to Smith and Lawrence’s door before uttering just two words.
“Bad boys?” he asks the pair, leaving some fans baffled.
Messi will try to add to his goal tally on Wednesday evening.
The Herons will host Atlanta United at Chase Stadium as they look for their 11th league win of the season.
