Lindy Klim stuns in first photoshoot since split from second husband Adam Ellis after breaking her silence on the painful separation: ‘We were two people drowning at the same time’

Lindy Klim has posed for her first photoshoot alongside a candid conversation in which she broke her silence about her new single status.

The interview is the first in which she publicly discusses her heartbreaking divorce from her second husband, Adam Ellis.

The Balinese princess, 45, and her British property developer husband have gone their separate ways after six years of marriage.

Lindy told me Stellar magazine that the couple had a hard time for a while before breaking up.

The brunette said her estranged husband has been struggling with a private mental health battle, which has ultimately affected her own well-being.

“We had two people drowning at the same time and it wasn’t good,” she told the publication.

“He has been struggling with his mental health for the past two years, which in turn has also affected my personal well-being and my mental state,” she continued.

‘It really got out of hand. I’m not the person Adam needs. I’m not a doctor. I mean, obviously I’m there for support, but I got swept away by everything.”

Lindy said she “lived in constant fear” and told the publication that her family eventually intervened and expressed their concerns about her health after she lost weight dramatically.

‘I couldn’t help [Adam] and I wanted that so bad, and I still do, obviously,” she explained.

Despite the split, Lindy said of her ex, “we still love him,” referring to herself and her children.

“I feel like he’s on the right track now and he’s trying to get the help he needs. “I think we have to do it separately, but he will always be part of our family,” she said.

Speculation of a split first started circulating in October when Lindy shared a photo without her ring on, with sources claiming the couple had been separated for some time.

Lindy has since returned to Australia from Bali following her and Adam’s split and shared photos of her move to her new home in Melbourne in October.

“We had two people drowning at the same time and it wasn’t good,” she told the publication

Lindy shares three children – Stella, 18, Rocco, 16, and Frankie, 13 – with her ex-husband Michael Klim, and one with her second husband, Goldie, seven

In the Instagram post, Lindt admitted she was “literally starting all over again” after moving to Melbourne amid the big change.

Lindy also shared a photo of the first meal she enjoyed in her new home with her friends and family.

“Christening the new house with a dirty takeaway,” the image captioned.

Rumors of a rift between Lindy and Adam surfaced last month when she posed for a photo with her four children – with no sign of her husband.

After posting the image to Instagram, eagle-eyed followers noticed that Lindy was also no longer wearing her engagement ring.

An insider later claimed that the couple has been dating for a while.

“They haven’t been seen together in several months,” says an insider Confidential.

“Besides, he’s not in any of her photos on social media.”

Ny Breaking Australia was the first to reveal a possible rift between Lindy and Adam after the famous fashionista posted the tell-tale family photo on her social media.

Lindy shares three children – Stella, 18, Rocco, 16, and Frankie, 13 – with her ex-husband Michael Klim, and one with her second husband, Goldie, seven.

She amicably co-parents the three children she shares with Michael – who is now dating Michelle Owen – and credits her ex-husband for her trust.

Two years after her divorce from Michael in 2018, Lindy married Ellis in a lavish Tuscan ceremony.

Highly regarded athlete Michael retired from competitive swimming in 2007 and runs a successful swimming school business in Bali, where he lives with Michelle.
