American skier Lindsey Vonn gave Tom Brady a shout out as she cheered on the New England Patriots against the Indianapolis Colts in the NFL Germany game on Sunday.
Vonn, 39, shared a photo from the field before kickoff in Germany and revealed she was cheering on the Patriots in Europe.
“Let’s go Patriots, Colts!! I love the energy here in Frankfurt,” she wrote on Instagram. “Tom Brady would be proud to support the Patriots today.”
Brady liked her post, which showed the seven-time Super Bowl winner getting up earlier than usual to cheer on his old team.
Brady played in Germany last year when his Bucs team beat the Seattle Seahawks 21-16 and loved it: “That was one of the great football experiences I’ve ever had.

“It says a lot about 23 years in the league, a regular season game and I think the fan turnout was incredible. It felt very electric from the moment we stepped onto the field.”
Vonn, who won four World Cup championships in her skiing career, was not the only athlete in Europe on Sunday.
Football stars David Alaba, Leon Goretzka, Matts Hummels and Marcel Sabitzer were also spotted in the stands.
Alaba, who as a Canadian would probably be most familiar with the other football, was there with his Bayern Munich teammate Goretzka.
Hummels and Sabitzer, meanwhile, both play for Munich rivals Borussia Dortmund.
It is the second game in as many weeks to reach German shores, following last week’s match between Super Bowl candidates Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins. The Chiefs won that 21-14.
