Lindsay Lohan was featured in a teaser for her March 14 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.
A clip of Lohan discussing her Freaky Friday reboot with Jamie Lee Curtis, 65, was shared on Wednesday.
Since the announcement, fans have wanted to know if the Mean Girls star, 37, would play the mother in the body switch comedy.
Drew popped the question, “Well, I can’t wait for that sequel. It’s going to be so much fun. Are you the mother this time?’
Lindsay smiled enigmatically and coyly joked, “We’ll see.”

That’s all the information Lindsey had to offer about the upcoming Freaky Friday sequel.
She had nothing but praise for her Freaky Friday co-star, Oscar winner Curtis after Drew revealed she was part of a retrospective of the Everything Everywhere All At Once star’s life.
“The public kept asking questions about Freaky Friday, so I saw the appetite for it all those years ago,” Drew said.
Lindsay was only 16 years old when the film was released in 2023. She said: ‘I love Jamie and she is a good friend of mine. We have remained close all these years.’
Drew responded by saying, “She’s a tough girl.”
“I love that about her… She’s a very powerful woman,” Lindsay said. “I just enjoy talking to her and I’m really excited to work with her.”
The Herbie: Fully Loaded star is on the promotional tour for Irish Wish, her new rom-com premiering on Netflix on March 14.
It was a family affair at the premiere of Netflix Irish Wish on Tuesday with Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan, 61, father Michael Lohan, 63, sister Ali Lohan, 30, and brother Dakota, 27 – who also stars in the new romantic comedy – all attending the screening.
Lindsay and Dakota were joined by their Irish Wish co-stars Ed Speleers, Ayesha Curry, Elizabeth Tan, Jane Seymour, Jacinta Mulcahy and Matthew McCabe.
The film’s director, Janeen Damian, and writer, Kirsten Hansen, were also present at the event.

When Freaky Friday came out in 2003, Lindsay was 16 and Jamie Lee was 44, so in the sequel, Lohan will be just a few years younger than Curtis was when she played her mother.
While she didn’t reveal what role she would play in the sequel, that news will be revealed eventually.
During an appearance on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show this week, the Watch What Happens Live host asked about the rumors of a sequel.
Lindsey confirmed the rumor is true, saying, “I don’t want to say too much. And we’re both excited,” she said. “I’m going to speak for Jamie.”
