Lindsay Lohan commands attention in a metallic gold look before changing into chic pantsuit while out in NY… after confirming Freaky Friday sequel

Lindsay Lohan showed off her impeccable style in two elegant looks as she stepped out in New York on Monday, ahead of a special screening of her new film Irish Wish.

The Mean Girls star, 37, looked elegant as ever in a stylish fitted black trouser suit with wide trousers.

The mother-of-one accessorized the business-chic outfit with a burgundy Brandon Blackwood bag and a chunky necklace.

Earlier in the day she was spotted in a striking metallic gold coat, with a matching dress underneath. The fabulous ensemble featured a large furry collar and she completed the outfit with nude-beige heels.

The star also thrilled fans on Monday when she confirmed that a Freaky Friday sequel starring Jamie Lee Curtis, 65, is in the works.

Lindsay did not reveal a timeline for when fans can expect to see the film during her appearance SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen livesaying, ‘I’m not saying yet…I don’t want to say too much.’

The actress added that she and Jamie are “both excited” to reunite for the sequel to the fan-favorite 2003 body-swap film.

When she was out on Monday, she also wore a gorgeous pair of oversized sunglasses.

Lindsay’s strawberry-colored locks were styled in soft waves, which cascaded down her shoulders and back.

As for glamour, she opted for a delicate look, drawing attention to her eyes with just a hint of bronze shadow.

She further dazzled her look with a pair of delicate dangling earrings.

She was later pictured signing autographs outside the Paris Theater, where the Netflix film will have a special screening on Tuesday.

It was a busy day for the actress, who also took to her Instagram to promote the film.

The red-haired beauty shared three flawless photos of herself in a figure-hugging mauve dress that showed off her spectacular figure.

She dressed up with a layer of gold bracelets, a gold ring and necklace.

“Irish Wish Coming Soon…” she wrote in the caption.

Irish Wish is a romantic comedy and is her second Netflix original following her 2022 holiday film Falling for Christmas.

‘When the love of her life gets engaged to her best friend, Maddie (Lohan) puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. Days before the couple gets married, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, but wakes up as the bride-to-be. But as her dream gets closer to fruition, Maddie realizes that her true soulmate is someone else,” reads the Netflix description of the film.

Directed by Janeen Damian, the film also stars Alexander Vlahos, Jane Seymour, Elizabeth Tan and Ayesha Curry, as well as Lindsay’s younger brother Dakota.

The film can be streamed on Netflix from March 15.

Lindsay will next star opposite Kristin Chenoweth in the Netflix romantic comedy Our Little Secret.

Directed by Stephen Herek, the film follows two resentful exes (Lohan and Ian Harding) who must spend Christmas together after discovering that their current partners are siblings.

Her Mean Girls co-star Tim Meadows will also star in the film, as will Jon Rudnitsky, Chris Parnell, Dan Bucatinsky and Henry Czerny.

The film is currently in production.

Lohan returned to acting after nearly a decade with the streamer Falling for Christmas, where she played a newly engaged hotel heiress who suffers from amnesia after a skiing accident.

In addition to her busy career, the beauty has also had great success in her personal life.

Lohan became a mother for the first time after she and husband Bader Shammas, 37, welcomed son Luai in Dubai in July 2023.

She and Bader married on April 3, 2022, after getting engaged in 2021.
