The singer and actress, 38, was seen without it just over a week ago after her husband, Stranger Things star David Harbour, 48, broke his silence over split rumors.
Mum-of-two Lily looked relaxed as she stepped out, wearing an oversized quilted jacket with camouflage trousers and Nike trainers.
She wore her long red hair extensions that she added a few weeks ago as she flashed her giant sparkler.

He did admit that their relationship was affected by the actors' strike that ended last month, tellingly PEOPLE: 'Let me tell you, my wife likes it when I go to work because it's nice for her to have her life and me to have my life and not just irritate each other by spending all the time in to be nearby.
“We have these two kids, and it's so great,” Harbor added, referring to his stepchildren, Allen's daughters Ethel, 11, and Marnie, 10. “We get to raise them and everything, and as our marriage continues, we grow towards each other and closer.'
