Lily Allen wasted no time in getting back on her fitness regimen after returning to London from St Barts.

The 37-year-old singer was seen in early 2023 with her husband David Harbor, 47, and their two daughters, Ethel, 11, and Marnie, nine, on the beautiful Caribbean island.

On Friday, Lily took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her private Pilates session while working on her strength on a stair barrel.

Lily teased her washboard abs in a long-sleeved gray crop top and black leggings as she was put to work by her teacher Amy Nelms, who also trains The Crown’s Emma Corrin.

The same year, the singer reflected on past issues and how she was previously hooked on a speed-like drug to lose weight while on tour with Miley Cyrus in 2014.

The “Smile” singer spoke to DJ Fat Tony on his The Recovery podcast about her own sobriety journey, including her personal nadir while playing the tour and how it felt: turning back to drinking, drugs and prostitutes.

After her weight climbed to 14th, the 5’2″ star began taking a speed-like drug to lose weight before the tour, however this sent her into a downward spiral and left her debating taking heroin. to help her ‘perform’.

She said: ‘I was rooting for this girl who was much younger and more attractive than I felt. She was thinking, “I think I have a drinking problem. And none of this performance is working anymore. Maybe I should try heroin.”

Speaking about the lead up to splitting with Miley, he said: “I got married when I was 24 and had a baby, I had a baby who died 10 years ago this month…

‘And then I had two successful pregnancies and then about six months after my youngest was born, we ran out of money and I had to go on tour again. But I was 14 stone and I didn’t feel like a pop star at all.

Then he turned to drugs to lose weight. Lily said, “I started taking a speed drug to lose weight and I became addicted to this drug because it made me feel invincible.” And then I ended up touring the US supporting Miley Cyrus…

“It was when I was doing Wrecking Ball, it was a very sexualized tour. I had just spent the last three years bringing out babies. It couldn’t have been less how I felt.
