David still follows Lily on stage and it is possible that the singer’s sudden criticism may be coincidental.
A source said this recently The sun: ‘Lily and David have hardly been together for the past three months and are living separate lives.’
They added: ‘While in London for the Pillowman, David was spotted performing before Lily was left alone in July.
‘In her spare time, Lily spent time with friends in London or with her children. When she returned to the US with them, there was no sign of David.”
To add to the confusion, the couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary a week before Lily unfollowed.
Lily shared a photo from their wedding day on Instagram, which is still on her roster.
She captioned it: “3 years with this man, the second best decision I ever made. The first was that dress.”
Lily looked radiant in the white 1960s-inspired Dior dress with a matching bridal veil that fell in two layers down her back and black suede heels.

Milestone: Last month, Lily celebrated her third wedding anniversary with David by posting one of the photos taken shortly after their surprise wedding at Graceland Wedding Chapel
The low-key ceremony was led by Elvis Presley impersonator and chapel co-owner Brendan Paul.
The couple were first linked in January 2019 when they attended the BAFTA Tea Party together.
In November of the same year, the Somewhere Only We Know star was photographed wearing an engagement ring.
Since tying the knot in September 2020, during the first wave of COVID-19, Harbor has taken on the role of stepfather to Allen’s two daughters: Ethel, 11, and Marnie, 10.
“I’m in a relationship with three women who all have very different opinions about me at different times,” the actor joked at the time
He then took a more serious tone when discussing how “making a commitment like that” to the girls “was a huge thing for me.”
The Stranger Things star added, “And honestly, it just makes you feel a little bit more like a man. I just feel a little more grown up.”
Lily has previously credited the Covid pandemic with helping her relationship with David.
Speaking on Alan Carr’s lockdown podcast, she confessed: ‘The pandemic has completely changed the course of my life.’
The couple, who married in Las Vegas in September 2020, had only been dating for about six months when the pandemic hit.
Lily explained, “When the pandemic happened to me and my now husband, I was actually in quite the early stages of our relationship, and that was only because he was living in New York and you know they were starting to shut down.
‘We were together for about six months, but we were definitely not at the ‘Let’s move in together’ stage.
“Obviously I had kids, but because of the pandemic I thought, ‘He can’t be sitting alone in an apartment for that long, I mean, how long is this going to last?’
The actor lived in New York, Lily offered him to move in with her and her two children on a trial basis.
“I told him, ‘Get on a plane, come over here,’ and I said to the kids, ‘This is Mommy’s boyfriend and he has no one to stay with, so we’re letting him stay with us,’ and we spent over six months lived together.
‘If we hadn’t had those six months to test what it would be like to live together as a family, we would never have had the chance to try that out and I would never have taken the risk of moving.’
“Thank God for Covid,” Alan joked as Lily quipped. “Yes, sorry for all the people who died, but my life has improved immeasurably!”
Lily shares Ethel and Marnie with her first husband Sam Cooper, to whom she was married from 2011 to 2018.
