The daughter of fashion icon Kate Moss, 21, kept it classic with a sleek black lace slip-on dress that flowed over the tops of her sun-kissed legs.
She paired her sultry look with an oversized black double-breasted trench coat that hung down to the top of her ankles.
Lila kept the ensemble simple in terms of accessories with a plain black handbag and a pair of pointy black mid-heels.
Channeling her inner mother, the blonde beauty kept her glam simple with an elegant no-makeup look.

The model was in good spirits as she beamed from cheek to cheek as her blonde locks flowed freely in the wind.
She and her supermodel mother flew to the French capital from Oxford on a private jet carrying up to seven VIP guests ahead of her party.
And it is believed they were joined by famous friends, including Noel Gallagher, at the Ritz later in the day.
Lila was pictured carrying heavy bags from her home in London before flying to Paris where she joined her famous mother for the festivities.
Earlier in the day, Kate shared a photo of the Eiffel Tower on her Instagram Story and Lila seemed excited as the build-up to the big night was underway.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Kate has been planning a big party at the Ritz in Paris for quite some time.
‘And finally the day has arrived and all her close friends and family are flying to the capital to celebrate her special day.
‘As a world-famous supermodel, no one expected anything less from Kate than to host her party at the Ritz in Paris, which is almost as fabulous as she is.
She paired her sultry look with an oversized black double-breasted trench coat that hung past the tops of her ankles.
“It’s going to be a night to remember, she can’t wait to get dressed and dance the night away.”
MailOnline understands the private jet Kate and Lila flew to Paris on is said to have cost £10,000, with the former party girl ensuring she arrived in the City of Light in style.
Kate’s flight took off after 4pm on Monday and landed in France shortly afterwards.
A source added: ‘Kate loves the Ritz and always stays at the hotel when she’s in Paris.
“She hopes to keep her party as private as possible and she knows she can trust the staff there.”
Kate had a very different pre-birthday party with her best friends in Mustique, which involved a spiritual celebration circle on the beach.
