Lila Moss cuts a stylish figure in an oversized wool coat as she steps out amid Paris Fashion Week

Lila Moss looked effortlessly stylish as she stepped out during Paris Fashion Week on Monday.

The 21-year-old daughter of supermodel Kate Moss opted for all black as she wrapped up in an oversized wool coat.

Lila put it on over a sweater and pants and slung a leather handbag over her shoulder.

The stunner wore gold hoop earrings and wore dark sunglasses on her head despite the gray sky.

Lila recently told me Vogue Spain on following in her mother’s footsteps and continuing the family saga: β€œWhen I was younger, I didn’t think about it because my mother refused to let me go into the industry.

β€œI don’t think she wanted me to do it without first making sure that the people she knows and trusts would look out for me and make sure I was okay.

‘When she set up her agency (Kate Moss Agency was founded in 2016) she relaxed because she knew she would be able to oversee everything and they would take care of me.

“So I thought, ‘Now it makes sense.’ When I was younger, I fantasized that maybe one day I would participate in a photo shoot, but I never thought I would be able to do some of the things I’ve already done.”

Lila continued, β€œI don’t think I’m mature for my age, but I’m very shy. I don’t have much confidence when it comes to meeting new people and interacting with people older than me.

‘I’m becoming quite introverted and withdraw into myself, but hey, maybe I’m more responsible than my mother was at my age.

‘I grew up realizing how demanding this profession is and how much you have to travel alone. The people she worked with became her family because she saw them so often. I saw them bond and it’s fun.”

Lila’s mother Kate – now fifty years old – experienced wild youthful heydays, when a cigarette dangled almost permanently from her lips.

In her twenties and thirties and at the height of her desirability as a model, her beauty regimen was pretty much limited to the habit of dunking that pretty face in a tub of ice water to clear the head after a hard night out. She never played sports.

Unlike the sensible Lila, Kate’s 21st birthday was considered one of the most infamous of all time, at the infamous Viper Rooms nightclub in LA. It was organized by then-boyfriend Johnny Depp.

And late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence performed with Depp supporting him on guitar.

Kate has now left the rough North London scene of her 20s and 30s and settled in a honey-coloured Grade II listed mansion in the Cotswolds, trying on the less glamorous outfit of a welfare entrepreneur for size reasons.

Sober since 2018, aside from a few slip-ups that only remind us she’s human, her new life isn’t something the old Kate would recognize. A former good friend, who has been completely cast aside in recent years, says wryly: ‘The new Kate is a terribly boring one.’
