But this week, Kate was seen attending the Fendi show at Milan Fashion Week with Count Nicolai, their first sighting together this year.
Last week, Kate decided to ditch the Vogue World after party, while Nikolai was pictured having fun at the event with her friend Rita Ora and Rafael Pavarotti.
Kate has called Count Nikolai her boyfriend since 2015 and has a daughter Lila, 19, from a previous relationship with Jefferson Hack.
