A tradie-turned-life coach has sparked controversy after claiming that the reason women don’t want to have sex is because their partners expect them to make all the decisions.
Ant Marino, who is based on the Gold Coast, said women prefer to be ‘leaders’ and want the man to be ‘decisive’.
The ‘mechanic of the mind’ runs a program to help men ‘discover and break free of the barriers that hold them back and create a life that is authentic to them’.
Ant was criticized as “insulting” and an “Andrew Tate wannabe” by some women, however others agreed with his comments.

Ant quit his job as a diesel mechanic, where he felt dissatisfied and uninspired, to become a full-time life coach and now aims to help other men on their journey to fulfill their ‘male calling’.
“Sorry to break it to you bro, but the reason you couldn’t bet spending that much time in bed with her is because you’re making her make too many decisions,” he said on his now-viral TikTok.

“If she’s been making decisions all day, there’s a good chance she won’t want to take any more when she gets home, so make a few decisions to create polarity and see how she softens for you.”
Ant stressed that it’s not the decision to have sex that women need help with, but other day-to-day decisions, like planning dates, so they’re not exhausted and disinterested in intimacy.
He recently shared a video warning men that they are “blocking themselves” by asking someone out on a date and not choosing a time or place.
However, there was a very mixed reaction to his video, which has now been viewed 1.3 million times.
