Liberals have full-blown meltdown after shooter misses Donald Trump at rally: ‘We were a centimeter away!’
After the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, screaming liberals panicked as the shooter narrowly missed the 45th US president.
At a Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, a registered Republican and Biden donor, opened fire on the presidential candidate on Saturday night.
A bullet hit Trump in the ear as Secret Service agents protected him. Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old retired fire chief for Buffalo Township, was killed. Two other men were left in critical condition.
In the ensuing chaos, Secret Service agents could be heard shouting, “The shooter is down.” The shooter was later confirmed dead.
But wary liberals were disappointed with Crook’s goal, suggesting they would have preferred Trump to be fatally shot.
Celeste, who goes by cele2t3, screamed in a TikTok video about how angry she was that Trump was not seriously injured or killed in Saturday’s attempted assassination
Blood can be seen coming from Donald Trump’s ear, where he says he was shot
“We were one second, one inch away from making half the problem go away, and you missed it,” Celeste, who goes by cele2t3, screamed in a TikTok video.
While driving, Celeste recounted her initial reaction when she heard the sudden news.
‘I just found out, it just happened, I haven’t had a second to process it.
She screams, “You mean to tell me someone finally had the nerve to bring a ‘pew pew’ and it got missed?!”
Celeste continues to lament that the shooter was only “an inch” away from fatally wounding Trump.
“There was a white man tied to that tractor, I know it!”
“We were off by an inch, Ughhhhhh,” she screams as the video, which has since been deleted, ends.
Xander, who goes by the name super99x on TikTok, also expressed how angry he was that Crook shot Trump in the ear
Celeste wasn’t the only one who decided to share how disheartened she was by the violent confrontation.
Xander, who goes by the moniker super99x on TikTok, also expressed how angry he was with Crooks.
He yells into the microphone, “How could you miss that?
‘We don’t miss them! Come on man! F***!
“We’re not missing out! One shot at greatness to make it into the history books and you’ve missed it?” Xander then looks at the wall and pretends to cry.
Lisaamanuel, another TikToker, claimed that Saturday was “the worst day of her life” after she found out Trump was injured in the shooting.
‘I just came out of the cinema and for a split second I thought Donald Trump had been assassinated.
“And I thought to myself, ‘This is the best f*cking day of my life, and then he’s gone, so this is the worst day of my life,'” she says.
Her boyfriend can be heard in the background telling her not to post the video, which she has since deleted.
A Democratic congresswoman’s aide faced the ultimate punishment after she was fired for a disgusting post mocking the gunman as he opened fire on Trump.
Saturday night, shortly after gunfire broke out, Jacqueline Marsaw, 61, a former field director for Mississippi Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, shared her thoughts on Facebook.
Marsaw, the president and vice president of a local NAACP in Natchez, Mississippi, drew the attention of Republicans across the country. She has since deleted the post and her account, but screenshots have been reposted on social media.
She shared: ‘I don’t condone violence but please take some shooting lessons so you don’t miss next time. Oops, that wasn’t me speaking.’
In a follow-up post she said, “That’s what your hate speech got you!!”
Marsaw has since been fired. “I was made aware of a message from a staff member and she is no longer employed by me,” Thompson said.
Marsaw, who is also secretary, president and vice president of a local NAACP, has previously been revered by locals as a “hometown hero.” WJTV.
Former US House Speaker Newt Gingrich was shocked by Marsaw’s reports.
“She should be fired today. Thompson introduced the resolution to end Secret Service protection for President Trump. With personnel like this, the poison runs deep.”
After the attempted murder, Thompson told X how shocked he was.
“There is no room in American democracy for political violence. I am grateful for the swift response of law enforcement to this incident.
“I am glad the former president is safe, and my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved,” he added.
