Liam Payne was seen on Sunday evening for the first time since he was ‘taken to hospital with severe kidney pain’ earlier this month.
The former One Direction star, 30, appeared to have recovered from his nasty health scare as he stepped out with girlfriend Kate Cassidy in Paris.
It comes after he was admitted to hospital on a trip to Lake Como Italy with Kate, after he had to cancel his South American tour due to the infection.
Stepping out for the Frame dinner during Paris Fashion Week, Kate put on a busty show in a plunging black feather dress and tall boots.
Next to her, Liam looked a bit dejected and dressed casually in a red patterned jacket and jeans.

It comes after Kate was spotted on a shopping trip in London on Monday, where she was asked about Liam’s health.
She told fans about the singer’s health, saying: ‘He’s feeling a lot better. He’s in good hands. He’s out of the hospital.’
It came after Liam’s distraught mother fought back tears as she revealed how the superstar’s family were all ‘worried sick’ over her son’s emergency trip to hospital.
Speaking from her £360,000 three-storey detached home near Wolverhampton, Karen Payne said: ‘We’re all worried about it but we just have to move on. It’s terrible that he’s sitting there at all.
‘He is in Milan and it looks like he will be there for a week. I feel helpless’
The 62-year-old added: ‘All we can really do is sit here and hope for the best. There’s nothing we can do. We feel helpless.
“It’s such a terrible situation and we just hope he’s in the best place possible.”
The singer was rushed to hospital with his girlfriend during a romantic holiday in Lake Como, Italy, after suffering from agonizing kidney pain.
He announced last month that he was canceling a tour of South America due to a “serious kidney infection” that previously left him in hospital.

Insiders report that the star was celebrating his one-year anniversary with Kate when he fell ill at their holiday home and was rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
A source said: ‘Liam is in a bad way but he is in the best place he can be and finally the doctors will be able to get to the bottom of what is going on.
‘Of course he’s sad that his and Kate’s trip to Lake Como was ruined, but at least she was there to help him when he got sick.
“Doctors have warned him not to expect to be signed off from returning home for at least another six days.
“They want to do all the testing they can to fully understand the problem, but they now suspect there has been an underlying problem for some time and it is getting worse.”
